With a degree from one of Germany’s top universities, Jan-Henrik built a career at the intersection of learning, leadership, and global impact. He began in start-ups before leading a department at the German Institute for Standardization, then advanced to key roles at ISO and the International Electrotechnical Commission in Geneva. There, he established the IEC Academy & Capacity Building, training professionals in 50+ countries. Later, he took on a senior leadership role with a global manufacturer in Switzerland, successfully creating their Global Academy from the ground up.
