Jan-Henrik Tiedemann · Transformation Executive
I build and modernise organisations.
I turn fragmented structures, specialist knowledge and competing stakeholder interests into clear operating models, scalable digital businesses and teams that deliver.

Different environments. The same underlying task: create clarity, build the structure and make it work at scale.

Modernising systems across institutional boundaries
Redesigned standardization processes, led a federal electronic-procurement mandate and supported national organisations in more than 40 countries.
How I lead transformation
I listen before defining the answer. I make complexity visible, establish a clear direction and give people meaningful responsibility. Strategy matters only when it changes decisions, structures and everyday work.
My role is to connect perspectives that rarely align by themselves: business and technology, expertise and markets, governance and speed, global consistency and local reality.
Current role
I am Head of Knowledge Products and a member of the Executive Management Team at Electrosuisse, with P&L responsibility for the business area and leadership of four teams spanning standardization, technical communications, product management and sales.
My mandate is to develop technical and standardization expertise into market-relevant knowledge products, scalable digital services and sustainable value for members and customers.
